Our client in Cape Town requires a Spa Manager.
This position is responsible for managing all aspects of the Spa business entity. Their duties include supervising all operations, creating budget reports and developing marketing campaigns. They manage supplies, procurement, maintain records as well as hiring of employees and developing staff training programs.
Minimum requirements
- Qualification in Somatology or Hospitality.
- 5 years in a management role within a 5-star Hospitality environment.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
