The Dr. Lelau Mohuba Training Center (an independent training center wholly owned by the Nokeng Fluorspar Mine) is located in the Rust area of ​​Winter, about 80 km northeast of Pretoria. The training center offers free skills training in blocks of 60 students per term.
To be eligible for the training, applicants must be from the following Nokeng Fluorspar Mine community catchment areas: Moloto, Rapotokwane, Rooikop, Phake, Pankop, Mametlhake, Pienaars River, Rust de Winter, De Wagendsdrift, and Nokaneng. Applicants must provide proof of residence approved by the corresponding Counselor and / or Head.

Successful applicants will receive free study materials and personal protective equipment (PPE), which must be kept clean and safe at all times. Lectures will be given by duly qualified course facilitators. The mine will also provide transportation assistance to and from the training center as appropriate.
