Taking minutes at meetings
Typing up reports
Working from the office

Ability to work well with others
Ability to work on your own

Flexibility and open to change
Excellent verbal communication skills
Customer service skills
Computer literacy
Ability to co-ordinate main software packages competently
Escalating client concerns and complaints
Business correspondence
Communicating with upper management
