A reputable mechanical engineering inspection company is seeking an experienced mechanical sales representative to join their team in Randburg.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist in the development of the annual plan, realistic forecasts for each service and territory.
Assist with the management of the assigned geographic sales area to maximize sales revenue and meet objectives.
Assist with increasing business opportunities through various routes to market.
Help with the development of a commercial strategy that covers sales, the fulfillment of the agreed objectives and the promotion of the organization’s presence throughout the region.
Help accurately forecast annual, quarterly, and monthly revenue
Establish personal contact and communicate with decision makers.
Assist in conducting market reviews.
Keep up with the products and the competition.
Establish, maintain and expand your customer base
Achieve the objectives and goals set for the area
Help with sales administrative tasks.
Taking care of the existing base
REQUIREMENTS
3-5 years of technical sales experience
Good telephone treatment, fluency in English and Afrikaans.
Responsible and customer-focused team worker with the ability to forge relationships
Strong sales and negotiation skills, as well as tactical thinking.
Results-oriented and highly motivated professional
High flexibility, adaptability, resistance and perseverance, open to challenges.
Interpersonal and leadership skills, as well as cultural sensitivity.
Creativity and ability to make things happen.
Proficient in MS Office and CRM
SALARY
Package R15000.00 / month + Comm 5% of individual billing.
