Sales Assistant / Sales Consultant Retail Sales Assistant Needed.
CORE PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
• Internal sales & online store sales assistant
• To manage the full function of the retail outlet
• To manage online store sales
• Should have a comprehensive understanding of sales
• Counter Sales & Cash Up
• Being responsible for processing cash and card payments.
• Processing cash and card payments
• Quoting / invoicing and following up on quotes
• Organize and dispatch daily customer orders.
• Managing and stocking shelves with merchandise
• Carry out duties to help support The Box Shop’s vision and mission.
• Should be physically fit as the job requires standing, walking, lifting & carrying of stock as and when required
• Receiving and storing the delivery of large amounts of stock
• Keeping the store tidy and clean, this includes hovering and mopping if need be.
• Reporting discrepancies and problems to the Manager
• Comfortable working with members of the public
• Ensure a positive personal impact on all
• Be prepared to work as a team and independently
• Should stay close to work in the following areas preferably Edenvale / Greenstone / Bedfordview / Kensington / Germiston / Kempton Park / Boksburg
• To be an integral member of a young and mod team within a group owning multiple businesses and looking to expand further
WORKING HOURS & LEAVE
Annual Leave: 20 days per annum (including December compulsory shutdown)
Hours: Monday – Friday 08h00 – 16h30; Saturdays 09h00 – 13h00
Stock take once a month ( One Saturday per month)
