RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent commercial service.
Maintain excellent store condition and visual merchandising standards.
Keep a fully stocked tent.
Attend management training courses.
Recommend and display articles that meet customer needs.
Welcome and great clients.
Manage point of sale sessions.
Customer service.
Maintain good customer service skills.
Promote sales and assist customers.
Look and Feel from the store.
Ensures that the store is marketed according to the instructions.
Perform a general cleaning to ensure that areas are kept clean and tidy and that all accessories are in good working order.
Alert the store manager of all stock level concerns, as noted by the operations manager.
Make sure company policies and procedures are followed.
Store maintenance, for example, lights work, cloud base displays work, and a consistent look is maintained.
REQUIREMENTS
This person will only work 180 hours per month.
Ability to interact with customers and provide excellent customer service.
Ability to communicate well.
Computer literacy.
Attention to details.
