REQUIREMENTS We are looking for independent, motivated & target driven Debt Review Sales Agents, who are ready to take their careers to the next level. 2-5 Years prior call centre sales experience with a strong sales ability, hard-working, vibrant and good communication skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES The primary responsibility will be to contact customers who have expressed a positive interest in debt counselling services and convert them into paying customers.
Implement effective marketing strategies Identify customer’s needs and requirements by gathering all required information from customers to determine their state of over-indebtedness and assess their applications for debt counselling Establish a collaborative relationship with prospective clients. Contacting potential clients and creating rapports by using Vicidial, cold calling, and referrals via an online campaign. Collect proper information from potential clients from iDocs / ITC in order to offer them a lower instalment and select a suitable/ lower premium (DC Premium)
Salary: R4500 – R6000 Basic + commision
