10 x Kitchen Food Prep and Grillers Mochachos Bloemfontein, Preller
Basic knowledge of food preparation, grilling and cooking.
Prepping and cooking of food whilst complying to franchised food standards.
Main- focus will be food preparation, quality control and all kitchen duties. Only experienced candidates with good references need to apply. Must be hard working and able to work shifts
Requirements and responsibilities:
· Familiar with kitchen safety and sanitation regulations.
· Proper food storing/storage procedures, cleanliness, and food hygiene procedures.
· Preparation of ingredients as per Franchise standards in a timely manner.
· Shift work
· Ensuring the highest standards are met in all aspects of food preparation.
· Tracking the components of each meal to ensure that the final product is completed in a timely manner.
· Commitment to the production of high- quality outputs and excellent customer service.
· Abide by business codes of conduct, policies, procedures and Franchise standards.
· Be able to train out of town for a period
