Our Client in the manufacturing industry is seeking a well-presented and articulate Receptionist / PA to handle a range of responsibilities. This position seeks a confident, efficient, meticulous and timely Multi-Tasker with the ability to work under pressure, prioritise and deliver. Applicants must have a good telephone manner and excellent MS Office skills.

You will be tested! Manufacturing industry experience will be beneficial. Duties include but are not limited to switchboard operating, assisting walk in visitors, personal assistance to the Manager, obtaining quotes, purchase orders, request forms, following up on deliveries, liaising with the Finance department, updating leave schedules monthly, assisting with leave forms where necessary, overtime schedules monthly, maintaining travel log book spreadsheets, vehicle license renewals, printer and copiers control, insurance claims and tracking electricity on Netvendor.
