Masana Boutique Hotel is looking for an experienced Receptionist to join the team. This is a Live Out position in the Thulamahashe area.

3. Must be accurate with all administration
4. Handling check in’s and check outs smoothly and efficiently
5. Exceeding guests’ expectations and always trying to be proactive to wow guests
6. Minimum of 1 year previous experience in 4/5-star hotels/lodges front office
7. Understand all front office procedures
8. Willing to work early, late shifts, public holidays, and weekends
9. Computer literate in MS Office and OPERA.
10. Grade 12 certificate
11. Excellent communication skills in 12. English both written and verbal
13. Bubbly and warm personality
