Responsibilities:
• Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks.
• Answering phones in a professional manner and routing calls as necessary.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Responsibilities as listed but not limited to.

Requirements:
• Matric / N3 / NQF Level 4
• Prior experience as a Receptionist / Admin or in a related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Experience with administrative and clerical procedures.
• Own reliable transport.
