Salary: R12 000 p.m. (CTC)
Location: Garsfontein, Pretoria
Office Hours: Monday – Friday: 07h30 – 16h30

Three accounting firms are looking for a Receptionist / Administrative Assistant to complete general office duties, including, but not limited to:
Manage switchboard.
Accepting deliveries.
Preparing refreshments for clients.
Filing.
Manage CIPC – Annual Returns, Address Changes, Disclosures.
Sending quotes, invoices, and statements.
Basic processing / accounting duties.

REQUIREMENTS
Matric / Grade 12 qualification.
Two years receptionist / admin assistant experience within accounting.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Fluent in English and Afrikaans.
