Grand Gaming Hotslots (Pty) Ltd would like to recruit a Gauteng based Receptionist with previous relevant experience. This position reports to the General Manager, Grand Gaming Hotslots. The role incumbent will be required to interact on a professional basis with clients and staff, manage the switchboard effectively as well as take full responsibility for the reception area and provide secretarial service to the Sun Slots Shared Services Executive team and any other adhoc admin duties.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE POSITION INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
• Management of the switchboard
• Efficient and professional handling of all incoming calls
• Full responsibility for reception area
• Receiving of guests and visitors
• Management of meeting room and boardroom bookings
• Monitoring of staff movements
• General office administration
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED
• Grade 12 or equivalent
• 2-3 years relevant experience in a professional environment
• Good speaking voice
• Fluent in English with a regional language would be advantageous
• Microsoft Office Software skills
• Excellent typing skills
• PC Literacy and Microsoft Office Skills & Application
