RESPONSIBILITIES and ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Provide a positive first impression to customers, team members, applicants and guests
Manage messages from clients to entire team, ensuring the calls are returned in a timely fashion.
Provide fast friendly and accurate information to customers/public
Ensure reception area is always tidy and neat for customers
Manage telephone and email enquiries in a timely, efficient and professional manner
Asset Risk Management: Weekly and monthly checks of Tools and Equipment. Booking in/out of certain equipment when and where needed.
Protect company physical and intellectual property assets and ensure confidentiality is maintained at all times
Follow all company policies and procedures and business principles
Escalate any unresolved problems or issues of importance to Management
Provide administrative support to management when needed
Internal documents are accurate, filed and up to date
Ensure that all deadlines are met within the given timeframe
Keep up to date with better methods to improve your performance and customer service levels.
Ensure you are a brand ambassador, up-holding the values of the company at all times, inside and outside of work.
Support new team members

REQUIREMENTS
Grade 12
Previous work experience in a similar environment
Own transport would be beneficial
