REQUIREMENTS
Grade 12
Previous experience in a similar role and stock control
Experience in the hospitality industry is a big plus
Must be good at math
Detail-oriented
Ability to maintain accurate records
Good communication and organizational skill

RESPONSIBILITY
Keep track of delivery schedules
Track inventory counts and check the items in inventory for damages or discrepancies
Properly account for the location of incoming goods
Assure that no damaged items are received
Compare delivery notes to company purchase orders and ensure that products and totals match the delivery notes and purchase orders
Updating the product inventory as products are received and added to the inventory
Setting aside products for return to vendors and filling out any relevant paperwork
