Rand Mutual Assurance is now taking applications for their learnership programme.
Our graduate programme aims to provide opportunities for qualifying candidates to gain skills, knowledge, and work experience whilst at the same time, positioning the successful incumbents for active and meaningful participation in the labour market. Successful applicants will participate in a personalized learning journey during this period.
Applications are invited from unemployed South African citizens, who have completed
An NQF Level 5/Higher Certificate/ Diploma/ Degree in any of the fields below:
Facilities Management (Post Matric qualification would be an advantage)
Medical/ Nursing (Post Matric qualification required)
Business Administration National Diploma/ Degree (would be an advantage)
The learnership programme would expose the learner to one of the following business areas:
Finance-Collections
Membership Administration
Claims Management
Funeral Administration
Pensions Administration
Medical Invoice Approval/Processing
Quality Assurance
Sales/ Brokering
Facilities Management
