Requirements:
• Grade 12
• Qualification in professional cookery / hospitality with a focus on culinary
• Impressive food portfolio as well as a steady track record
• Computer Literate (MS Excel, Word and Outlook)
• Attention to Detail
• Excellent time management skills
• Be able to work under pressure and be a good team player
• Fluent in English and Afrikaans
• Needs to be passionate and energetic
Description:
• Overall responsible for the standards of the food product
• Ensure food standards meet grading requirements and customer needs
• Ensure minimum wastage within division and good stock controlling
• Come up with creative ideas for new dishes
• Recommend more attractive presentations and food promotions
• Enhance the cooking experience and menu
• Salary is dependent on experience
• Accommodation available on site
