Job description
We are looking for a dynamic and highly organised individual to join our team as project administrator.
As part of our team, you will be required to support one of our Producers in designing, producing and managing small to large scale events, brand activations, incentive travel and exhibitions, ensuring every aspect of their portfolio runs as smoothly as possible.
This role entails dealing with venues, suppliers, speakers and clients on a day to day basis, compiling meeting agendas, keeping minutes of meetings, and assisting with various administrative tasks such as compiling presentations, doing research, keeping digital project folders up to date etc.
This position will be for 3 months fixed term with excellent potential for permanent employment after the 3 months.

Be a bright, confident individual with proven project management skills
Have a passion for events and a desire to learn more about the industry
Be able to quickly grasp new ideas, think on their feet and work to deadlines
Have excellent communication skills
Be able to work independently and as part of a team within a high pressure environment
Have exceptional attention to detail, specifically when it comes to administration
Be solutions-driven
Have strong numerical skills – essential for budget and cost control
Have excellent organisational skills and most importantly, a drive to succeed is essential to assist in the smooth running of projects
Have a flexible attitude and ability to work on a number of projects simultaneously
Be willing to work long and odd hours when needed
Be proficient in Microsoft Office
Have their own car
2- 3 years experience in a similar will be advantageous
