JOB DESCRIPTION
Our Client based in Westlake, is a non-profit
organisation, established in February 2002, by various churches in Cape Town. They are assisting the residents of Westlake Village to improve their quality of life and to become a self-sustaining, thriving community. The client is in partnership with Department of Health and runs a home-based care program. We are currently seeking a Personal Assistant to the General Manager to join their team.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Reporting to the GM and performing general personal assistance
Answering the telephone
Typing reports, minutes, and other correspondence
Managing the diary and setting up appointments
Coordinating and meeting with external groups as required
Day to day administration
Communication liaison between clients and the GM
 Executing any tasks given by the GM
 Meeting arrangements and logistics
 Maintain the filing system
REQUIREMENTS
Grade 12
Drivers license
Computer literate
Reside in or around Westlake
Polite and presentable
