Operations Manager / Office Manager
Western Cape
Our client is a leading brand that has been in existence for over 26 years.  They are looking for an Operations Office Manager to provide admin support to Director and staff.

DUTIES:
Team building events and functions
Recruitment on internal staff
Performance management and reviews
Manage probationary reviews
Manage and implement the induction and on boarding process
Maintain accuracy and relevance of internal documented processes and procedures
Communicate payroll changes to accountants
Manage sales team
Conduct weekly planning sessions with staff
KPI management
Drive results, identify any risks or improvements needed
Generate sales reports
Offer high-level reporting visibility to the MD
Manage office & I.T maintenance
Liaise with service providers to resolve all concerns and issues
Support MD to prepare training schedules
Support team to prepare adverts for candidates when required
Prepare visual presentations
Travel arrangements
Client invoicing
Maintain spreadsheets, such as billings
Ad-hoc duties / projects

REQUIREMENTS:
Post Matric Diploma (non-negotiable)
Advanced Excel (non-negotiable)
5 years’ working experience in similar field
Staff supervision experience
MS Office PowerPoint & Teams
Social Media (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, etc.)
Excellent writing skills
Typing speed 50 wpm
