Our client based on the West Rand (Roodepoort/Honeydew area) is urgently looking for an office assistant. The ideal candidate will be a good all-rounder, fluent in English and Afrikaans, reside in or around the area, and able to start immediately (or as soon as possible).

Responsibilities:
Answering of telephones,
Follow up on orders,
Filling,
Quotations,
Assist clients with all queries,
Handling of purchase orders,
General office duties, which will include,
Keeping the office neat and tidy at all times,
Assisting other staff members when needed.
Minimum Requirements & Experience:
Own reliable transport is essential,
Fluent in English and Afrikaans,
An eager and fast learner,
A good all-rounder,
Able to work both independently and collaboratively,
Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, MS Office, Etc.).
