JOB DESCRIPTION & DUTIES
• Acting as the point of contact between the staff and clients.
• Screening and directing telephone calls and distributing correspondence.
• Providing administrative assistance to the operational staff.
• Order office supplies
• Handling requests and queries appropriately.
• Managing diary and schedule meetings and appointments.
• Making travel arrangements.
• Taking dictations and drafting minutes.
• Maintaining the office filing system
• Assist bookkeeper in maintaining accounting records.
• Perform any other duty within the scope of your work assigned by supervisor/manager
• Checking of daily tenders
• Keep records of asset register
