Office Admin & Collection Team Leader
The ideal Team Leader candidate would have experience leading a team of admin and collection staff, and a solid track record of their staff meeting targets and deadlines. Enjoyment of teamwork is favorable as the Team Leader will manage their team members to grow them into skilled members of the organization. Candidates capable of working independently without supervision are preferred. Your role would include managing and encouraging a team to deliver success against their KPIs and targets.
Be efficient with:
• Excel
• Word
• Google Sheets
• Data Analytics/Reporting
• Dealing with credit providers
• Reporting to the Director on the daily progress of your teams targets
• Dealing with various credit providers when needed
• Liaising with the Sales Team leader to resolve any issues between departments
Additionally, the successful Team Leader will be developing and implementing effective strategies to increase our client portfolio
