Requirements:
• English and Biology/Physiology: (C ) symbol in Standard Grade and (D) Symbol in Higher grade,
adding up to a minimum APS score of 18 points:

• Officials serving the North West Department of Health Province only
• Officials
should have served the North West Department of Health for period of three (3) years
• Officials should comply
with the APS scores as outlined below in 1 for Senior Certificates and in 2 for National Senior Certificate
• Pre entry
assessments will be determined by the College.

Requirements:
• Compulsory subjects: English (Level 4) and Life Sciences (Level 4)
• Any other two (2) approved NSC
subjects with Level 4 (except Life Orientation) • All other symbols must add up to a minimum APS score of 23 points.

Applications for the above should be accompanied by certified copies (not copies of certified copies) of ID, NSC or
Senior Certificate and marriage certificate (if applicable) and Curriculum Vitae. Certified copies should not be more
than three months. Serving Officers (Nurses) should attach certified copies of their professional certificates and proof
of current registration with the SANC. Only residents of the North-West Province should apply.
