PURPOSE :
Massmart has an internship programme for college TVET student who have completed their N6 and need to complete the work integrated learning you can do the 18 month internship programme here.
PROGRAM SPECIFICS:
• 18 month structured internship programme.
• Structured learning journey.
Candidate must possess a completed N6 in the following disciplines:
• Business Management.
• Financial Management / Accounting.
• Risk Management.
• Marketing Management.
• Supply Chain/Logistics.
• Retail Management.
• Human Resources Management.
• Engineering (Electrical / Civil / Building and Construction / Plumbing).
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
• Certified ID Copy.
• Certified N6 Certificate.
• Certified Matric Certificate.
• SA Citizen, with valid SA ID number.
• Unemployed.
• Younger than 35 years of age.
• Willing to work retail hours (weekends, busy trading periods such as Christmas, public holidays)
• Not registered for same program at SETA before / not currently registered with any SETA for any program.
