We are looking for a Maintenance Manager for a four star lodge situated in the Greater Addo region, Eastern Cape.
Duties include: Managing a small team of maintenance staff, managing our staff of elephant handlers, assisting with general lodge maintenance, fence, road & some vehicle maintenance, sorting out any water supply / borehole / pump issues, monitoring the game on the property (monitoring overpopulation, ensuring feed is ordered, scheduling vets as required etc.).
Candidates must have at least 3 years experience in lodge maintenance, some knowledge of wild life is preferable, must have good leadership skills & a valid driver’s license. Salary is negotiable and includes shared accommodation. Candidates will work 21 days on and 7 days off and will report to the Lodge Manageress. Preference will be given to qualified candidates that can start ASAP.
