Lodge Management Couple
5-Star Game Lodge – Limpopo, Marble Hall
Die Boskamp is looking for a seasoned and highly intelligent hospitality couple with outstanding management skills and extensive hands-on experience.
The ideal couple will have a good balance between all the functions within a lodge; where he is experienced in the field, maintenance, and BOH operations, and she is well experienced in FOH, F&B, Spa Therapist, etc. (or vice versa).
Requirements
· A relevant tertiary qualification (or similar) in either Management/Hospitality relevant (Essential)
· Lodge Management experience. (Luxury Establishments-Essential)
· Good financial acumen (English)
· Proven track record and contactable references
· Computer literate
· Valid driver’s license
Description
· A couple that is highly respectful to local cultures and works well with local staff members
· Good allrounder/s, where both candidates have in-depth knowledge of all lodge aspects (FOH, F&B, Maintenance, Finances, Operations, HR, possibly spa therapy etc.)
· Guest focused philosophy
· Must work accurately under pressure
· People skills – tolerance, patience, communication
· To demonstrate and promote flexibility and adaptability towards changing working hours and shifts according to the requirements of a 24-hour operation
· To respond to changes in your job function as dictated by the lodge
· To manage and monitor all costs and implement measures to control them
· To provide effective leadership through professional management and encouragement of all subordinates
