Exciting Position available for an energetic, motivated person:

Lodge Administrator at Idwala Le Ingwe Lodge, R96 Road, Hekpoort
To start as soon as possible.

REQUIREMENTS
Must be proficient in MS Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.).
Must have a driver’s license.
Efficient communicator: colleagues and guests.
Excellent communicator in English
Energetic, hard-working, and adaptable to assist with any ad-hoc requirements.
Must be able to work without supervision and be a self-driven individual.
High ethical values.

Duties:
• Quotations and invoices to guests and other debtors
• Maintaining the booking system
• All guest communications
• Maintaining online listings
• Social media and other marketing
• Maintenance requests and management
• Insurance claims
• Cleaning teams planning and management
• Loading beneficiaries and payments on internet banking
• Lodge purchases and orders
• Stock management: Lodge supplies, inventory items, bedding, etc.

Hours
Mon-Fri 8 am to 5 pm
Required to take the business phone home 2 weekends per month
– Phone is only answered up to 7pm Fridays
– Phone is answered 8am- 5pm Saturdays & Sundays
– Quotations only sent over a weekend if for the Sun/Mon
– Alternatively, a note is taken, and quotes sent on Monday
– Paid an extra amount for administrating the phone over weekends
