I will give an example by driving jobs opportunities as it’s a must to have a work experience in this field….
I sadly received a WhatsApp text this morning from one of the jobseekers: “ETA MULALORAKH , I went to an interview on Friday, everything was going well until they realised I don’t have work experience as a driver from a known company and they chased me out of the interview room and told me that I wasted their time”
Let me tell you this:
Some of the reasons why they want experience most especially in CODE 14 (EC) is because the company is coerced by their insurance companies. If the company hires you without work experience and an accident happen while the truck is under your responsibilities, the company won’t be able to claim for insurance…. They are binded by insurance companies, when the insurance company conduct investigations they will find the background about you and the company that claimed won’t be compensated because of you….
I hope you now understand why they can’t ire you without work experience unless it’s for entry level jobs opportunities that doesn’t need work experience….
