• Matric with Maths and Science literacy.
• 18 – 35 years of age.
• Unemployed.
• Good English command (write, read & speak).
• South African Citizen.
• Green Bar-Coded ID / New ID Card.
• Valid Code C1 Drivers License & PRDP.
• Reside within East London (Proof required).
