Purpose: The individual must be a team player who possesses strong technical skills and the ability to communicate the logic behind technical aspects to employees. The individual must feel comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and take initiative when necessary.
KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
• Diagnose computer problems.
• Monitor computer processing systems.
• Install software and perform tests on equipment and computer programs.
• Set up computer equipment, schedule maintenance, and teach customers how to use the programs.
• Offer remote support from an office or do hands-on work at the workplace.
• Help install and configure software, hardware, and operating systems.
• Provide support when problems arise.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
• A + and N +
• MCSA
• 2-3 years of experience working as an IT technician
• Driver’s license code 08 or higher
