REQUIREMENTS
Matric with own transport
CompTIA ITF+, A+ Certification
Proven experience in providing technical support in an IT environment
Strong knowledge of hardware, software, and networking concepts
Proficiency in Windows Operating System
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Certification in relevant IT areas (e.g., CompTIA Network+, Azure Fundamentals) is a plus
Familiarity with ITIL framework and best practices is desirable
Salary: R20 000
