Qualifications / Requirements:
Minimum of Matric
Post Matric qualification highly advantageous
Minimum of 3 years experience in the retail sector (hardware and tooling)
Key Performance Areas:
Optimize the profitability of allocated accounts and achievement of sales targets
Work in close collaboration with the external sales departments
Knowledge:
Good understanding of sales cycle and key account management
Product knowledge of tool and hardware products
Good business acumen
Skills:
Telephonic skills
Excellent selling skills
Ability to build trust and customer loyalty
Problem solving skills
Computer literacy – intermediate Excel, Outlook, Power point, Word
