Relevant HR qualification
At least 5 years of experience in a related position.
KPI creation and evaluation
Solid knowledge of general administrative processes
Solid knowledge of HR principles, processes and procedures, including KPIs.
Basic understanding of budget systems and controls.
Good knowledge of the organization’s business processes and procedures
Solid knowledge of relevant organizational policies.
Solid knowledge of relevant legislation
Excellent understanding of key business plans
Strong computer skills, especially in EM applications
