REQUIREMENTS
Qualified HR Administrator required. My client will not look at anyone that has worked their way up from for e.g. Receptionist to HR, they want a qualified HR Administrator who has only done HR.
This position is for a leading motor dealership and it’s branches.
Duties:-
1 Recruitment & Selection – Advertise on recruitment platforms, social media as well as with recruitment agencies for the best talent for the job. Screen and short-list candidates for interviews. Sit in on interviews and provide recommendations to the management team. Ensure that all candidates background checks are done.
2. Employee New Starter & Induction Management – ensure all new starters undergo induction and the necessary handover with various departments. Ensure that all technological and platform access it set up
3. All new starters must have signed contracts
4. Training & Development
5. Performance management
6. Disciplinary Management
7. Payroll Administration and support
8. Health & Safety Management
9. Resolve all telephonic and email queries and efficiently through relevant role players
10. Produce accurate and timeous HR reports
11. Employee Administration – Recruitment, new starters, contract, leave, payroll, disciplinary, exits, terminations
12. Maintain biometric and leave records
13. Manage shared calendar for CEO & COO
15. Employee exit management
16. HR governance and controls – ensure all committees in place, BBEEE, WSP and EE reporting done annually
