REQUIREMENTS
A 3-year degree or national diploma in NQF 6 in Human Resources or an equivalent qualification
Minimum experience of 1 year in Human Resources Management within the Public Service; Knowledge of Persal and relevant HR regulations, especially in relation to hiring and selection in the Public Service. Skills and competences: Organizational skills; Analytical and decision-making skills; Problem solving skills; Good knowledge of computer science (Ms Word, Excel and PowerPoint); Communication skills (advanced verbal and written); Interpersonal skills; Accuracy and attention to detail.
