Position: HR Training & Development Coordinator

Requirements:
· Grade 12
· HR Degree / Diploma preferred
· Minimum 5 years’ experience
· Advanced MS Office experience
· Knowledge of HR Premier or VIP essential
· Knowledge of EE and SDF essential
· Working knowledge of current labour legislation
· Ability to reconcile for budgetary purposes
· Salary processing experience will be an advantage
· Knowledge of BEE will be an advantage
· Valid driver’s license

Responsibilities:
· Accurate and timeous reporting of Skills Development as per legislation
· Ensure supervisors and managers always use consistent and fair process when dealing with staff matters relating to training
· Ensure HR documentation and information is accurate and up to date at all times
· Ensure that monthly reports are updated by no later than the 7th of each month
· Assist management with any training related problems
· Assist with Recruitment when required.
· Manage the collation of information for annual BBBEE certification
· Maintain designated Learning Management System
· Assign employees to training initiatives
· Function as registered company SDF
· Establish annual training needs
· Design and develop training material as required
· Source suitable training suppliers
