OVERVIEW
An exciting opportunity has become available within our company for an HR Site Clerk.
The position serves as a support role to our clients and staff on site.
REQUIREMENT
Relevant qualification will be beneficial
Minimum 2 years HR experience being directly involved in HR administration functions for at least 20 employees
A labour broking background will be highly beneficial
Sound knowledge of labour laws (BCEA, LRA)
Be computer literate
Valid driver’s licence
REQUIRED SKILLS
Strong interpersonal skills
Strong influencing and decision-making skills
Be organized and able to plan
Be able to coach and mentor in a supportive role to managers
Conflict management
Ability to work under pressure and independently
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Ensure site runs on full staff compliment
Conduct regular site visits to clients to ensure client satisfaction
Coordinate and communicate end-to-end recruitment functions to the in-house recruiter
Manage and quality assure key task administration and performance assessments
Manage and perform administration of documentation relating to injuries on duty
Ensure consistent application of corrective action and grievances
Disciplinary hearing process support (charges, documentation, evidence pack preparation, track and control)
Perform all admin functions related to HR and payroll
Ensure termination/resignation documents are completed and process closed off
Ensure labour law compliance
