Gardier Security Services requires the services of an HR Officer. The position is based in Durbanville, Cape Town.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Compile reports
Posting job adverts
Drive recruitment process, cv sourcing & interview booking
Orientating new employees to the organization
Providing any HR related services to organization employees
Occasionally represent the company at CCMA
Assist with submission of Employment Equity
Submission of Workman’s Compensation documentation
Managing quality assurance programmes i.r.o HR functions
REQUIREMENTS
3-year HR qualification will be an advantage
2-3 years HR related working experience
