Time and Labour Consultants based in Strandfontein Cape Town is seeking to employee an HR Intern to join their team. Time and Labour Consultants has successfully grown into a fully functional Human Resource service provider focussed on the unique local marketplace. The successful candidate would be diligent, willing to learn and have a teachable nature.
Key duties include but are not limited to:
• Provide all recruitment administration support and induction
• Ensure all criminal record checks are carried out fully and in a timely manner
• Handle all leave processes and queries
• Assist in the development of HR policies and procedures
• Provide data for and prepare management
• information reports: absence recording system
• Liaise with payroll office
• Maintain and develop the personnel filing system
• Provide support in investigations for disciplinary and grievance procedures
• Assist the HR Officer with the development and maintenance of human resource policies and procedures
• Carry out any other reasonable ad hoc duties in order to support the HR department
• Assist with day-to-day HR and business management queries
• Carry out any other reasonable ad hoc duties in order to support the HR department
Minimum requirements
• Relevant HR Diploma or Degree
• Driver’s license essential
• Reside in or around the Strandfontein area
• Own transport essential
