Hiring! Junior/ Intermediate level HR Business Partner – EE position only, Based in Cape Town. Call Centre environment.
REQUIREMENTS
Please ONLY apply if you meet all the below requirements:
Must have a HR degree and 2+ years HR experience, strong on IR and Performance Management.
The HRBP will report into the senior HRBP
TMust have provided HR support to a business unit of 500 – 700 people, working in a Call Centre or BPO environment
Position is office based. Hours 9am – 6pm. Based in Southern Suburbs, Cape Town. Must have good timekeeping & reliable transport
Ability to work on a number of different HR projects/ tasks, under pressure and working to deadline
Ability to work within a HR team of 8+ members and also working independently
