Here’s A Suggestion On how We Can Overcome Crime In Our Townships:
Let’s say a community of 25k households contribute R100 each month for a period of 6 months.
This means for the period of 6 months they will raise R15 million funds to start a security company for their community.
With that R15 million, they use some of it to train unemployed youth to become armed security guards, buy them uniform, pepper spray, walkie-talkie, etc, and 5 vehicles to patrol day/night around the community.
From there every month the community will contribute R50 each to pay security company so that they can able to pay their security guards salaries and other expenses.
