TRAINING AND PROGRAMMING
Requirements for the position are:
• Grade 12 Certificate
• Relevant post Matric academic qualification, including marketing, training and radio programming.
• Driver’s license.
• 3 years experience in a relevant environment .
• Radio Background.
• Full understanding of programming – Policy drafting and implementation – Rate Cards understanding and drafting – Business Negotiation.
• Ability to work with people (team player).
• Good leader skills.
• Sense of urgency/organisation and prioritization.
• Ability to report.
• Presentation preparation.
• Work in independently with ethics.
