The following experience and qualities are sought:
*Speak, read and write English *Have knowledge of basic building, painting, plumbing, paving, decking, gardening *Be honest and take pride in the work done *Must have experience in this field *Experience in waterproofing *Added advantage if he/she has some computer skills.
