Frere Hospital Board invites all interested entrepreneurs in the catering business to submit proposals for rendering KIOSK Services to Frere Hospital employees and clients for a period of 60 months (5 Years)
The award/engagement is for 1 (one) operator who shall sign a 5 (five) Year Lease Agreement with the Hospital Board.
Accompanying this advert is a specification attached as a guide.
Assessment of proposals will focus on the areas stated below:
- Indicate your experience in catering services or providing mobile kitchen.
a) 3-4 Years (25 Points).
b) 4-5 Years (35 Points).
c) More than 5 Years (50 Points).
The source document of measure shall be CIPC Certificate and Company profile.
- Convincing Proposal with a variety of menus including Halaal
a) Include a portfolio of the menu (Authentic portfolio menu attached = 35 Points).
b) Indicate trolley service for patients (Attached indication = 15 points).
The source document of assessment shall be a detailed proposal with a variety of menus for specific times of the day attached.
Only those that score 65 points and more will proceed to Rental Offer.
Rental Offer Assessment
Convince the Board of payment of a reasonable monthly rental that excludes water and electricity, ranging from R5 000 – R6 500 per month.
Consideration is only the highest offer. The points acquired on Assessments of 1 and 2 shall not influence this Rental Offer
