REQUIREMENTS
Hotel Management Diploma/Degree a must
Minimum 4 year management experience in Food & Beverage Service in managerial role
MS Office Knowledge a must
Knowledge of property management Pilot
Attention to detail
Fluent in English
Flexible on all levels at all times
Excellent time management skills
Able to work under pressure
Able to manage people effectively
Good organisational skills
Be able to implement and maintain standards and procedures
Be able to handle complaints efficiently
Maintain high standards of guest service, hygiene and HACCP.
