A large manufacturing company is looking for a fleet administrator required for a 3 month contract.
REQUIREMENTS
Registration
Must have prior experience
Driver’s license, with reliable transportation.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Get insurance quotes for all repairs and services performed by auto shop and panel beater shop.
Create vendor order for quotes
Issue orders to suppliers for all signed quotes from
Receive the requested parts
Capture and scan all invoices in Keyfleet
Please make sure the invoices are correct when the parts
Make sure job cards are received from workshops
