Salary: R151 884.00 per annum
Requirements: Grade 12 with sound Telephone etiquette
Competencies and attributes: Plan, organize, lead and control, client orientation, punctuality, confidentiality, understanding of Public Service Policy and Legislative Framework, service delivery, report writing, integrity and honesty, assertiveness, typing skills. Ability to work under pressure. Good communication skills as well as a strong and friendly personality.
Responsibilities: Ensure a proper maintenance of the switchboard equipment. Handle Telephone calls and direct to other individuals. Keep and update Telephone list. Record and maintain the register for security related matters. Management of assets.
