The 12-month apprenticeship is available to eligible individuals seeking to earn a NQF Level 4 Debt Recovery Rating while gaining work experience with a host employer.
Delegates between the ages of 18 and 25 who are residents and permanent citizens of South Africa, with tertiary qualifications, can apply. Submit an updated CV with contactable references. and recently certified copies of relevant certificates, identification, and proof of address. People with disabilities are welcome.
Candidates must also:
Read, write and speak English
Possess communication skills with the client.
Have computer skills and be motivated
Work well as a team
Commit to learning while working for a full 12 months
Have access to a stable computer / laptop and internet
Previous call center experience is a bonus.
