Trafalgar’s East London branch is looking for a driven, dynamic & proactive candidate with a passion for the property industry, to join our team as a Debt Collector.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Previous Debt Collection experience a must
• Understanding of the Debt Collections Act and procedures advantageous
• Previous experience within the Property Industry advantageous
• Accounting knowledge added advantage
• Computer Literate on MS Office
• Matric Certificate
The responsibilities in summary but not limited to, includes:
• Collection of outstanding levies
• Reconciliation of accounts & allocation of payments
• Daily management of arrears
• Achieving 24h turnaround time
• Meeting monthly targets and deadlines
